Aims degree programs leaving Loveland for Berthoud

Aims Community College is shifting Loveland classes to a future Berthoud site by 2012, at the Interstate 25 and Colo. Highway 56 Exit, because it has no room to grow at the Loveland campus, 104 E. Fourth St.

Aims President Marsi Liddell told the Loveland City Council last week the community has about nine months to come up with a vision for Loveland’s Aims campus, which also may have to include a funding source.  She emphasized that Aims has no intentions of leaving Loveland, even though the city is not in its taxing district.
