The Colorado State men’s golf team travels to El Macero, Calif., to compete in the El Macero Classic, Friday-Sunday at the El Macero Country Club west of Sacramento near Davis, Calif. Read more.

VB: Hilbert signs two

Head Coach Tom Hilbert announced a pair of additions to the Colorado State women’s volleyball team Wednesday. Crystal Young signed her National Letter of Intent to play with the Rams, while Grace Gordon was added as a walk-on. Both players will have two years of eligibility remaining, and will be available for competition this fall. Read more.

FB: Rams sharp in return to field for Spring Practice No. 12

The Rams took the field Tuesday under sunny skies with Sunday's snow having given way to warmer temperatures. Coming off Saturday's crisp scrimmage at Dick's Sporting Goods Park, head coach Jim McElwain was pleased with the way his team came back focused for Tuesday's practice. Read more.

Members of the Colorado State track and field team will travel to Walnut, Calif., beginning Thursday for the Mt. SAC Relays. Many will be looking to do well against the top-ranked competition. Read more.

MBB: CSU's Smith granted release from scholarship

Colorado State men's basketball head coach Larry Eustachy and guard Dwight Smith jointly announced Tuesday afternoon that Smith has been granted a release from his scholarship at CSU. Smith, a redshirt junior guard, will complete his bachelor's degree in communication studies this semester and can be immediately eligible to compete for one season at another institution. T&F: Sharbono nabs second consecutive MW Athlete of the Week award

For two consecutive weeks senior Jessica Sharbono has won two of the three throwing events in which she participated, and for two consecutive weeks she’s been rewarded with the Mountain West’s Track & Field Athlete of the Week honor. The conference announced her latest prize Tuesday afternoon. Read more.

VB: CSU's Reynolds, Snider selected to Mountain West all-star team

Rising seniors Marlee Reynolds and Kelsey Snider will represent Colorado State on the 2014 Mountain West Global Challenge All-Star Volleyball Team. Comprised of 12 of the top players in the conference, the team will spend 12 days in Europe competing against several junior national and top club teams. Read more.
