The deadline to submit Employee Study Privilege Request Forms for spring 2011 is Tuesday, Jan. 18. If you plan on using the Study Privilege for spring, please submit your completed and signed form to the Registrar's Office by this date.

Using your Employee Study Privilege for online and distance courses

Colorado State University policy allows the application of the Employee Study Privilege for online and distance courses offered through the Division of Continuing Education, or DCE. Employees interested in taking courses through the Division of Continuing Education should complete the Continuing Education Faculty/Staff Study Privilege Form and return it to the Division of Continuing Education. This form is different from the Study Privilege form for Resident Instruction (on-campus) courses.
