Re:       Changes to October pay advice/check stub

You will notice a change in the way your benefit deductions are reported on your October pay advice or check stub. The names of the insurance plans for the remainder of the year will be different due to the implementation of a new Personnel/Payroll System benefit module.

Individual medical and dental plans for instance, have been collapsed under a single name (i.e., the Green, Gold and POS medical plans will be listed as Medical, and; the CSU Dental Basic and CSU Dental Plus will show as Dental). Likewise, the Discount Plan deductions will be listed individually for each of your current options. You may notice other minor changes as well.

Be assured that this change will not affect your current benefit elections in any way.

If you have any questions about your deductions, contact the Payroll Office at (970) 491-1008.
