Aspen Grille honors administrative professionals

The Aspen Grille, a restaurant run by students in the Restaurant and Resort Management program at CSU, invites you to dine with them during the week of Administrative Professionals Day.

Say 'thank you' to your administrative professional

Administrative Professionals Day is Wednesday, April 21, so to honor these individuals Aspen Grille is offering a special starting Tuesday, April 20 and ending Friday, April 23.

From 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., during the days of April 20-23, visit the Aspen Grille, located upstairs in the Lory Student Center and enjoy a delicious meal.

Chef's special

The chef’s special will be a Candied Walnut and Gorgonzola Salad, made with fresh mix greens from the Grille’s very own CSU green house, and tossed with a roasted walnut, honey and olive oil dressing, for just $8.95. For just $2 extra, it may be topped with a petite filet of ginger honey glazed salmon.

To make your reservations, please call 491-7006 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. The Aspen Grille is closed on Mondays.

Eating at the Aspen Grille is the perfect way to thank our Administrative Professionals and celebrate this day. A delicious meal in CSU’s sustainable restaurant is always a unique and delicious experience.

Student managed, staffed restaurant

The Aspen Grille is first and foremost a CSU classroom, providing restaurant and resort management students the opportunity to work in and manage a restaurant. It is a completely sustainable restaurant and all their food is either grown on CSU campus or bought locally. The Grille is located on the second floor of the Lory Student Center near the University Club. Stop in today to enjoy a delicious meal, RamCash is accepted.
