Free professional development trainings for CSU faculty and staff are open for registration.

Need tips on how to receive or provide recognition and motivation for work well done? Try “Recogintion and Motivation.”

Need insights into working with students or managing and planning performance goals? Save time in the long run by attending “The Balancing Act: Supervising student, hourly and seasonal workers,” or “Performance Management”.

Looking to create and prepare for your next job opportunity? Grow in your career? “Packaging Yourself” will help you clarify your talents and goals for your resume and job search. “Top Ten Big Mistakes People Make at Work” provides ways of dealing with difficult situations and people, and tools to avoid or navigate pitfalls at work.

Want to serve your customers and organization in new and friendlier ways? Are you trying to communicate better? Consider “Customer Service,” Dealing with Toxic People, or “Essential Conversations.”
