Yoga is a great way to relax and relieve tension. This session will be taught by CSU staff member Toni-Lee Viney. Students are encouraged to bring their own mats and come dressed for movement. There will be a small number of mats available for people who do not have a mat of their own. If you have ever wanted to try yoga out, but didn’t know how to get started, this is a great free opportunity.
