  • Address the four factors used to classify positions (decision making, complexity, purpose of contact and line/staff authority)
  • Are used by supervisors to develop performance plans
Helpful tips

Get helpful tips on the revision of a PDQ, gain a better understanding of what job evaluation is, why we do it, and when it is appropriate to submit these documents for review. Learn what the sections in a PDQ really mean and how they all come together.

This workshop can be a very valuable piece of your HR toolkit and help you better support your departments and teams.

Presentation by longtime HR employee

The speaker will be MaryAnn Valdez, a former employment manager and classification specialist and has worked in HR for 20 years.
