Careers with the U.S. Department of State with Roger Pierce

April 18, 2011

On Apr. 26, U.S. Ambassador Roger Pierce will be visiting CSU to talk with students about careers with the US Department of State and the Foreign Service.

Chat with U.S. Ambassador

This is a great opportunity for students of all majors to hear about what the State Department does, what kinds of jobs and how to apply for jobs and internships with the State Department.

Please let you know who is interested in international issues (health, politics, business, relations, policy, ... etc) know that they may bring a resume with them and we will be holding a free ‘raffle’ to have a one-on-one session with the Ambassador to talk about their interests.

After hosting CSU Alum and State Department Science Research Fellow Doug Walker at World Water Day this year, we expect a large amount of interest from students.

If you, your department, or student organization(s) would like to reserve a time to visit with him, please contact Shanan at your earliest convenience to schedule a time in the Ambassador’s schedule with a room for your students.
