From pilsners to porters, enjoy beer from local breweries paired with gourmet small plates. Brought to you by the Colorado State University Alumni Association and the Fort Collins Ram Network.

  • Hipster IPA Buttermilk Chicken with a Sriracha Glaza, served on Naan and topped with Bleu Cheese;
  • Compass IPA Cheese and Bacon Dip served with Pita Chips;
  • Big Red IPA Beer Cheese Balls with Crackers;
  • Lava Lake Wit Bread Pudding with Whipped Cream and Caramel;
  • Chocolate Stout Pork Carnitas served on Cilantro Rice in a Tortilla;
  • King Mixed Green Salad with Red Onion, Soft Cheese, Almonds, and Berries, tossed in King Vinaigrette;
  • 3 Goldhairs Pilsner Lemon Pound Cake, drizzled with Raspberry Coulis;
  • The Weize One Bruschetta topped with Ham, Apple, and Sharp Cheddar, drizzled with a Beer Glaze;
  • Milk Stout Caramel and Nut Popcorn;

Event supports CAM Forever Fund

The net proceeds from the Bottle Cap Match and the event go to the CAM Forever Fund, which supports CAM the Ram and the Ram Handlers.
