The Ram Kidz Village team is excited to begin its fourth semester and continue the amazing growth we have had over the past three semesters.
As part of this, we would like to invite you to our Spring Open House on Thursday, Jan. 23, from 1-3 p.m., in the Ram Kidz Village. Please stop by to learn more about the program, pick-up a registration packet, and enjoy some complimentary refreshments. We look forward to seeing you!
Ram Kidz Village is a program for currently enrolled CSU student-parents allowing them time to study or work on projects in the Morgan Library for up to two hours.
The trained staff and volunteers provide supervised activities for children ages one to 11-years-old. Students must pre-register their children for the program and pay a fee of $15, good for one semester. Parents should bring completed forms and the $15 payment with them on their first visit. Registration forms and further information can be found on the Adult Learner and Veteran Services website or by calling the office at (970) 491-3977.
Ram Kidz Village is located on the second floor of the library. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 4-8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 1-5 p.m.
The Ram Kidz Village also has great opportunities for student volunteers. This is a perfect chance for students to gain experience or explore career interests while helping us provide an important service for their fellow students and their children.
Applications are available at the Adult Learner and Veteran Services office or at the Ram Kidz Village. The application requires a background check, paid for by the Ram Kidz Village. Please direct students who are interested or have questions about this opportunity to Tina Hopkin-Dukes or Matt Anton.
