Vice President for Research candidates visit campus

Four finalists have been selected for the position to be vacated by Bill Farland's retirement this year.

The search committee to find a new Vice President for Research for CSU has announced four finalists for the position. The candidates will be visiting campus and the community will have a chance to meet them and ask them questions at Open Forums.

All Open Forums will be held at the times and in the locations noted.

The finalists are:

Kathie Olsen, founder and managing director of ScienceWorks, who will visit campus May 28-29. Her Open Forum will be held 1-2 p.m., May 29, in Behavioral Science 103.

Alan Rudolph, director of Biological and Chemical Technologies, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, on campus June 11-12. His Open Forum will be held 1-2 p.m., June 12 in Behavioral Science 103.

Ingrid Burke, director of Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources, University of Wyoming,  on campus June 13-14. Her Open Forum will be held 1-2 p.m., June 14 in Behavioral Science 103. 

Henry Gholz, program director of Division of Environmental Biology, National Science Foundation, on campus June 17-18. His Open Forum will be held on 1:30-2:30 p.m., June 18 in Rockwell Hall 165.
