Cooking Healthy Eats for Students - Breakfast for Dinner April 14

April 5, 2010

Tired of cereal for breakfast? Come join us at our breakfast cooking class and learn how to make alternative breakfast food items. You can even fix them for dinner! All of our recipes are quick, healthy, and inexpensive.

Hands-on instruction

Our cooking classes include some cooking instruction, along with hands-on cooking experiences. And, best of all -- the class includes dinner, errr, breakfast! This class is part of our C.H.E.F.S. (Cooking Healthy Eats for Students) in Training Cooking Class series.

Come have dinner with us and also take home a cookbook with all of our C.H.E.F.S. in Training recipes. There is a small fee for this class to cover the cost of food and the cookbook.

RSVP

This class will be held on Wednesday, April 14 from 5-6:30 p.m. in Gifford, Room 239.

Please RSVP by calling Hartshorn Health Promotions front desk at (970) 491-1702.
