Get your University billing statement over semester break

November 30, 2009

Make sure that you receive your first Spring 2010 University billing statement by creating a billing address. Your billing address should be where your statement can be mailed in order for you to receive it before the Jan. 11th due date, and where you plan to stay over semester break (i.e. your home, parents, or legal guardian address).

Make sure that you receive your first spring 2010 University billing statement by creating a billing address. Your billing address should be where your statement can be mailed in order for you to receive it before the Jan. 11 due date, and where you plan to stay over semester break (i.e. your home, parents, or legal guardian address).

Only your University billing statement is mailed to the billing address, all other University mail will be sent to your mailing address. After semester break you may continue to use your billing address or delete, if you choose.

Please do not use your residence hall address as your billing address. Create your billing address by Monday, Dec. 14 at midnight to ensure prompt delivery of your University billing statement.

Graduate and employee statements are mailed to the department address on file with Human Resources.

It is important that you pay your Spring 2010 minimum amount due by the Jan. 11 due date to avoid late payment charges on your University student account.

To create a billing address log on to Ramweb and under the "Records" heading, select the first link called “Change My Address/Telephone”.

Please make sure that your Mailing Address is current as well. If you have not previously created a Mailing Address, it is defaulting to your permanent address. To receive your University mail, update your Mailing Address to your local mailing address. University billing statements are mailed to the Mailing Address if no Billing Address has been created.
