The multi-level structure is at the intersection of Lake Street and Center Drive.

There are 155 spaces for short term, pay-by-space visitor parking.

Entrances are located from both Lake Street and Center Avenue.

Parking restrictions in the garage will be enforced 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

The garage features 360 spaces for 'Z' commuter student permit parking.

The structure includes an environmentally-conscious design.

This 835-space structure, which will improve parking availability on campus for all segments of the CSU community, features:

  • an open layout to improve air and light circulation
  • retail and office space (coming soon)
  • an environmentally-conscious design

It is expected to receive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification later this year in recognition of its many green features.

'A' or 'Z' permit & pay-by-space

To park in the garage, you must have either an 'A' or 'Z' permit, or you must purchase a short term, pay-by-space permit from one of the permit dispensers on the first floor of the garage.  Parking regulations in the garage will be enforced 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
