The event will showcase several videos of talks given at the TEDxCSU 2013: Expanding Your Perspectives conference, which was held in March.

There will be two sessions of original TEDtalks, split by one intermission.

This free event takes place in the Behavioral Science building's gorgeous 278-seat lecture hall with cinema-quality surround sound and projection equipment.

Share your perspectives

During the intermission, guests will be urged to interact with each other to discuss their passions and perspectives on the topics being presented in the videos.

What is TED?

TED is a nonprofit devoted to 'Ideas Worth Spreading.' It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: technology, entertainment, design (TED).

TED's mission statement is:

We believe passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and ultimately, the world. So we're building here a clearinghouse that offers free knowledge and inspiration from the world's most inspired thinkers, and also a community of curious souls to engage with ideas and each other.
