Healthy You Program begins Jan. 19

The Nutrition Center @ CSU's 'Healthy You Program' includes nutrition analysis of your diet, individual consultations with a registered dietitian, body fat assessment, mindful eating and intuitive eating direction, and more.

Classes run Feb. 2 - April 13
Noon-1 p.m. and 6-7 p.m.

Is your New Year’s Resolution to get healthy? This 12-week program teaches you how to get and stay motivated, eat right, move more, and make realistic behavior changes for the long term.

"Healthy You" includes: 

  • Individual consultations with a registered dietitian
  • Nutrition analysis of your diet
  • Calculation of resting metabolic rate
  • Body fat assessment
  • Personalized meals plans and recommendations
  • Recipes and cooking class
  • Shopping guidance
  • Mindful and intuitive eating direction
  • Pedometer and exercise guidelines

Diets don't work, but this does - if you want to lose weight and inches, or just learn to eat right, this class is for you!

Location: The Nutrition Center @ CSU, 114 Gifford Building

Cost: $175 (sign up with a partner and you each save $50)

Limited scholarships available. Individual consultations start Tuesday, Jan. 19. Classes meet from noon to 1 p.m. and 6-7 p.m., Tuesdays, Feb. 2 through April 13.
