Welcome the Class of 2015 to campus

February 7, 2011

Prospective students visit CSU throughout the year, but an upcoming program hosted by the Office of Admissions will give the campus community a special opportunity to welcome future Rams into the fold.

Welcome future Rams

Admitted Student Visit Day will take place Friday, Feb. 11, giving hundreds of high school seniors a chance to see what life would be like at Colorado State.

“Because this event coincides with Founders Day, we expect to see lots of people wearing green and gold that day,” says Jim Rawlins, executive director of the Office of Admissions.

“It’s the perfect time for our students, faculty and staff to display their CSU pride to members of the Class of 2015.”

When the admitted students arrive on campus, they’ll notice custom banners welcoming them to CSU.

“Our visitors always receive a warm welcome from members of our community, but the banners are a nice extra touch,” says Rawlins.

“It’s a great way to let these students know how important they are to the future of the University.”

In addition to the Feb. 11 event, the Office of Admissions will host Admitted Student Visit Day programs Feb. 25 and March 25. For more information, go to the CSU Admissions website.
