In addition to providing the number of degrees awarded, the report by Institutional Research presents a history of degrees represented by numerous demographic profiles.
The 2012-13 Colorado State University Degrees Conferred report, produced annually by Institutional Research, is now available on the IR website.
For FY2012-13, a total of 6,838 degrees were awarded, consisting of 4,879 bachelor’s, 1,587 masters, 232 Ph.D.s, and 140 Doctorates in Professional Veterinary Medicine. The total represents an increase of 223 from last year, with notable gains in International (16 percent) and minority students (7 percent).
These data—and many more—can be viewed, manipulated and downloaded with the IR Interactive dynamic reporting tool, also on the website.
In addition to providing the number of degrees awarded, the report presents a history of degrees represented by numerous demographic profiles. Some of the items represented include; degree type, ethnicity, majors, department, and gender. Also included, in response to feedback from the colleges, are degrees by advising college.
Other reports and publications available on the IR website provide an extensive history of enrollment, class size, credit hour and FTE, retention studies, service load summaries, tuition and fees, salary studies and faculty reports.
