State Classified Midyear Performance Management Training Sept. 24-Oct. 8

The State Classified Performance Management Program requires all state classified employees receive a mid-year evaluation in October. Training for new raters/supervisors is a required element of the University's Performance Pay Program and Human Resources will conduct training sessions for new supervisors to familiarize them with the key components of the CSU Performance Pay Program.

These 90 minute sessions do not require registration and will be held in the Lory Student Center as follows:

10/01/2009     11 a.m.    Room 213
10/06/2009       9 a.m.    Room 211E

In addition, the HRS Employee Relations Managers are available to advise on the evaluation process and provide direction.
