Three national championships

The CSU polo club was founded in 1972 and became an official club sport in 1977. In those 33 years the club has won three national championships: first in 1990, then again in 1991, and finally in 1999.

Our goal is to not only bring a national championship to CSU, but to continue to introduce people in a meaningful way to the sport we love.

The CSU polo club is an entirely student run club sport. At the moment there are about 50 members including 12 varsity players. The club has 23 horses which are boarded at the CSU Equine Center, where we also play our games (in the Pickett Arena).
