Virtuoso Series Concert: Tiffany Blake

In this Virtuoso Series Concert presented by the Colorado State University School of the Arts, Tiffany Blake, soprano, is joined by Caleb Harris, piano, for a delightful performance of works by Britten, Cuparc, Mahler, and Obradors.

This fall the School of Arts will present fourteen Virtuoso Series Concerts - brilliant solo, duet, and small ensemble performances by special guests and esteemed CSU faculty.

Virtuoso Series Concerts are followed by Meet the Artist receptions in which you can ask questions about the compositions and instruments, how to pursue a career in music, or congratulate the artist on a job well done!

On Monday night, Sept. 14, Tiffany Blake, soprano, is joined by Caleb Harris, piano, for a delightful performance of works by Britten, Duparc, Mahler, and Obradors. 

Praise for Blake 

Tiffany Blake has been praised by Opera News Online for her “...truly virtuoso performance... immaculate tone, good support and breath to spare.” Director of Opera, Voice, and the Freshman Voice Studio at Colorado State University, Blake has held title operatic roles in Susannah, Cosi fan tutte, Carmen, The Old Maid and the Thief, and many others.

Blake's performance will be followed by a Meet the Artist Reception.

Caleb Harris: Pianist and chamber musician

Mr. Harris is assistant professor of piano and collaborative piano at the University of Northern Colorado and enjoys an active career as a pianist and chamber musician.
