Sign-up for Web design short course

Learn basic Web design skills with this short course, brought to you by TILT Learning Programs. This free program is open to all CSU students but space is limited, so sign-up by Jan. 29.

Learn beginning Web layout skills... for free!

A short course is a non-credit bearing course, free to CSU students interested in an intensive learning opportunity on a specific subject. No grades, no homework — just the chance to learn a unique skill.

This short course will serve as an intro to the creation of Web documents using Web standards. Topics covered include:

  • Basic HTML coding
  • Effective use of cascading style sheets (CSS)
  • Appropriate use of images and multimedia
  • Image preparation
  • Multimedia elements

Requirements: Must be a CSU student; basic proficiency with Photoshop

When: Feb. 1-10, Mondays & Wednesdays from  6:10 - 8:10 p.m.
