Guest chef from Jax Fish House at the Aspen Grille

Distinguished local chef, Kevin Grossi from Jax Fish House will prepare a special, three-course meal Thursday, Nov. 21, and Friday, Nov. 22, at the student-run Aspen Grille.

This will be Chef Grossi's second appearance at the Aspen Grille as part of the guest chef program. The menu will be announced soon, and promises to be something special!

Reservations encouraged

Early reservations are strongly encouraged. To make reservations for this two-day event, please call the Aspen Grille, Tuesday through Friday, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at (970) 491-7006.

The Aspen Grille continues to operate in Lory Student Center North despite the construction. The restaurant is run by the Hospitality Management Program students and is in its eighth year.

Days and hours of operation: serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Hospitality management is a major in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, a part of the College of Health and Human Sciences.
