Awareness, acceptance

Mindfulness is a way to train ourselves to be in the present moment with more attentiveness, awareness and acceptance.

Learn how mindfulness can help you cope with stress and begin to restore a balanced sense of health and well-being by applying simple mindfulness principles.

When you are present, when your attention is fully in the Now, the Presence will flow into and transform what you do. There will be quality and power in it.

~ Eckhart Tolle, author of The Power of Now
