Andreas Rechkemmer, the former executive director of the International Human Dimensions Programme on Global Environmental Change will speak at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13 in the Lory Student Center Grey Rock Room.

Andreas Rechkemmer is a political scientist specializing in international relations, whose research has focused on multilateral environmental institutions.

Until recently, he was the executive director of the International Human Dimensions Programme on Global Environmental Change located at the UN Campus in Bonn, which operates under the auspices of the United Nations University.

The lecture, sponsored by the School of Global Environmental Sustainability, is free and open to the public.
