CSU hosts middle, high school students during ISTeC

November 15, 2012

Hundreds of Colorado's best and brightest middle and high school students arrive to CSU campus Friday, Nov. 16, for an opportunity to learn more about information science and technology educational and career opportunities.

These students and their advisors come from all over the state to test their skills in industry design contests, enjoy hands-on demonstrations in a variety of IS&T disciplines, and meet with corporate and college representatives. Corporate presentations will familiarize the students with the nature of their industry, the variety of their work and projects, and what the educational requirements are for career positions in IS&T. Students have an opportunity to meet with the sponsors and CSU faculty during meals and at the display tables.
