Student selected for Project Interchange's seminar in Israel for Student Media

Kelley Bruce Robinson, sophomore journalism and technical communication student, was selected to participate in Project Interchange's Seminar in Israel for Student Media, Dec. 28, 2009 - Jan. 4, 2010.

Better understanding of U.S.-Israel relations

This in-depth educational travel seminar will provide student participants with an overview of contemporary Israel and a better understanding of U.S. – Israel relations, national politics, history and religion, and the Israeli-Palestinian and Israel-Hezbollah conflicts.

Participants will be introduced to differing points of view on controversial issues in Israeli politics and society. The seminar will focus on the media and its role in these issues, through meetings with leading Israeli and Palestinian academics, policymakers and journalists.

Robinson active on campus

Robinson serves as a producer, weather anchor and reporter for CTV, Fort Collins Channel 11 and is a reporter for College Avenue Magazine.

Project Interchange is an Institute of the American Jewish Committee.
