Class 1:  Feb. 2, 2009

SubjectCooking Asian cuisine

Body: Why spend $20 for Chinese food when you can make it yourself and make it healthier? Come learn how to spend less than 30 minutes in the kitchen and make two meals. While you’re there we’ll also show you how to keep food safe. Ever wonder how long you can keep leftovers without getting sick from them? We’ll tell you! And, best of all, you get to EAT the food that’s prepared. Come have dinner with us and also take home a free cookbook.

The class will be held Monday, Feb. 2 from 5-6:30 p.m. in Gifford Building, room 239.

Please RSVP (so that we know how much food to buy) by Thursday, Jan. 29 by calling Hartshorn Health Promotions front desk at (970) 491-1702.
