ASAP and El Centro present Kizumba Sept. 18

ASAP and El Centro present Kizumba, a Latin concert and dancing 8 to 11 p.m. Friday in the Lory Student Center Ballroom. Enjoy free salsa dancing and celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month.

ASAP and El Centro present... 

A Latin concert featuring the Colorado-based salsa band, Kizumba, will be held 8 to 11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18 in the Lory Student Center Ballroom. Join in for a night of free salsa dancing!

The event is open to the public and is part of the campus National Hispanic Heritage Month celebration.

Kizumba "Best Latin in Denver"

Kizumba is an 11-person Afro-Caribbean band that plays Salsa, Merengue, Zouk, Soca, Kompa, Meren-Rap, and other Caribbean rhythms. Kizumba has won awards such as the 1st "Westwards Best Latin Band in Denver" award and was featured on the Best of Denver CD.

National Hispanic Heritage Month pays tribute to the generations of Hispanic Americans who have positively influenced and enriched our nation and society.
