State Classified compensation update

March 13, 2013

Final evaluations and performance plans due soon; training for new supervisors under way.

The end of the State Classified Performance Cycle is nearing again, which means that it is almost time to deliver final evaluations and develop performance plans for the State Classified employees of the university.

State Classified performance evaluations and performance plans must be completed during the month of April. Human Resources personnel are available to advise all department managers on the evaluation process and provide direction upon request.

Training for new raters/supervisors

Training for new raters/supervisors is a required element of the University's Performance Management Program and the Employee Relations Managers will conduct training sessions for new supervisors to familiarize them with the key components of the CSU Performance Management Program.

These 90-minute sessions will be held in the Lory Student Center:
• March 26, 9 a.m. Room 208
• March 27, 9 a.m. Room 208
• April 4, 2 p.m. Room 210

Registration for these classes is available through https://wsnet.colostate.edu/cwis6/registration/login.aspx.

Detailed information on the program, including information related to conducting the final evaluation, is available in the Performance Pay Program Users Guide and can be accessed via the Human Resources website
