Solar power for Colorado homes

May 17, 2012

Discount for solar program

Solar Benefits Colorado is a new employee solar discount program offered by ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability USA.

Certain federal, state and local government entities in Colorado, including CSU, are participating in this innovative program to help employees pool their buying power to secure significant discounts of 15 percent or more and a range of financing options that make installing solar on your home more affordable than ever.

The program simplifies the process of researching and choosing the right solar contractors, making it easy for you to save money and reduce your carbon footprint. The time to register to receive information and consider joining the program is limited.

Brown-bag lunch session

A brown-bag (bring your own) lunch session for CSU employees to learn about Solar Benefits Colorado is coming up from noon-1 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in the Lory Student Center Grey Rock Room.

Learn more about the upcoming workshop on May 24

In addition, you may wish to review the program flyer and the Q&A document.
