Centre Avenue closed to all traffic between Prospect and CSU campus July 20-23

Centre Avenue just north of Prospect Road is being cut across its entire width to install a sewer line. Work is scheduled to close all access on Centre Avenue north from Prospect Road to the Colorado State University campus from July 20-23.

Cyclists and pedestrians also must detour July 20-23

Due to construction of the Lake Street Parking Garage, Centre Avenue from Prospect Road north to the CSU main campus has been closed to traffic for the past six weeks but remained open to bicyclists and pedestrians.

However, Monday, July 20 through Thursday, July 23, there will be no access on Centre Avenue from Prospect Road to the CSU main campus for vehicular traffic, bicyclists, or pedestrians.

Sewer line installation

Centre Avenue just north of Prospect is being cut across its entire width to install a sewer line.

Sidewalks obstructed, closed

The sidewalks along Centre Avenue will also be cut and therefore closed. Plastic construction barrels, orange plastic fencing, and signage will be set up at Lake Street and Centre Avenue and Prospect Road and Centre Avenue.
