Working at CSU

Do you work for the state? Tell them what it's like!

August 25, 2011

Do you realize that the first-ever, statewide employee engagement survey is available for our employees to participate in?

Brand new survey

The Colorado Department of Personnel Administration (DPA) is asking nearly 100,000 state employees to tell them what it’s like working for the State of Colorado.

Such a survey has never been done on a statewide level before. The DPA is interested in knowing what’s working well in state government and what isn’t. It’s also collaboration with the workforce to offer innovative ideas on improvements for Colorado.

The survey will be available until Friday, Sept. 16, but we encourage ALL CSU employees to take the survey as soon as possible.

Link to the survey and use the logon password soco. Be sure to enter the “Submit” button at the end of the survey for your survey to be entered into the data base. If you need to stop taking the survey in the middle, follow the instructions to save and return to your survey.

English and Spanish versions

For those needing to take the survey on paper, please let your HR department know if you want an English or Spanish version, and we will get you the survey and the postage-paid return envelope as quickly as possible.

Regardless of the survey method you choose, the responses will be anonymous.

Please join your fellow state employees and participate in the survey. It will be a fantastic opportunity for your voice to be heard.
