The Hollyfelds open the 2009 Lagoon Summer Concert Series with their unique mix of country, folk and pop with just a touch of bluegrass. The 'Denver Westword' said of the Hollyfelds' new album: '...the deft, soulful musicianship of all five Hollyfelds stands out, but it's Eryn's and Kate's stunning harmonies that make 'Saratoga' an utterly delightful listen...'

The original members of The Hollyfelds were husband and wife musicians... who "met boy and girl musicians and then remembered poker buddy musician Bob Loblaw."
The band formed in May of 2006 and have gone on to create Saratoga, an album that was described as "one of the finest alt-country albums of the past 10 years... a musician's dream." - Wildy's World blog
At their concert on July 8, The Hollyfelds will play classic country, rock, and pop and mix in a little bluegrass and folk music--a combination that will keep your toes tapping and your spirits soaing.
“Throughout the album, the deft, soulful musicianship of all five Hollyfelds stand out, but it’s Eryn’s and Kate’s stunning harmonies that make Saratoga an utterly delightful listen. Their honeyed voices contain just enough of the whiskey and heartache that makes great country music.” - Westword
" [The Hollyfelds] have made a name for themselves. . . via hotly written alt-country tunes [and] masterful harmonizing, [Saratoga is] poetic."- The Denver Post
