Fats and your body

February 24, 2009

Is your diet filled with artery-clogging saturated and trans fats? Not sure what mono- and poly-unsaturated fats are?

What are you putting in your body?

Find out about the different types of fats and how they affect your body by stopping by the Wellness Zone on Wednesday Feb 25, from 11-1 p.m.

While heart disease and high cholesterol are probably not on your mind these days, it's what we eat now that can make a difference later on in life.

If you can't make it on Wednesday stop by "The Zone" all week to pick up handouts with information on the different types of fats and healthy food choices.
