State classified midyear training for raters, supervisors

The State Classified Performance Management Program requires that all state classified employees receive a midyear evaluation in October.

Training for new raters and supervisors is a required element of the university’s Performance Management Program.

Human Resources will conduct training sessions for new supervisors to familiarize them with the key components of the CSU Performance Management Program.

Ninety minute sessions

The following 90-minute sessions will be held in the Lory Student Center:

  • Monday, Sept. 24, 8:30am – 10:00am, LSC 224
  • Tuesday, Sept. 25, 10:30am – 12:00pm, LSC 224
  • Wednesday, Sept. 26, 3:30pm – 5:00pm, LSC 211E
  • Thursday, Sept. 27, 11:30am – 1:00pm, LSC 224

Registration is not required.

Employee Relations managers available

In addition, Employee Relations managers are available to advise on the evaluation process and provide direction.
