'Dollar Stretching' provides strategies to help finances accomplish more

Many individuals and families are struggling financially in today's economy. This workshop focuses on investigating strategies to help make our dollars stretch to meet our needs.

Dollar Stretching: Be WISE
Wednesday, Oct. 28 - 10 a.m.
Johnson Hall, Room 129

We will examine:

• Why we buy and how to capitalize on marketing strategies
• Investigate how to choose products
• Survey where and when to spend, and learn how to
• Evaluate the purchase and exercise your consumer rights if there are problems

Who should attend: CSU classes are open to faculty and staff; family or friends may attend the sessions offered to the public and gain additional perspective. Public classes may be viewed online: www.cccsnc.org.  

Training and Organizational Development classes are offered to explore and improve communication, leadership, supervisory skills, and personal effectiveness. They are open to CSU faculty and staff. The department also provides organizational consulting, and training for CSU financial systems, University New Employee Orientation, and Building Proctor and Campus Safety. Most workshops are free of charge.
