College of Natural Sciences presents 'Is Science on the Right Track?'

Colorado State University's College of Natural Sciences will host Nancy Kellogg, a longtime science educator and a leading advocate for inquiry-based science education in Colorado, in a lecture on March 28 for the college's Education and Outreach Center's Spring Science Education Keynote Presentation.

The presentation, called “Is Science Education in Colorado on the Right Track?” will be 4-5:30 p.m. in Room B302 of the Natural and Environmental Science Building.

Nancy Kellogg

Kellogg has been a science educator for more than 40 years. In 2008, she was recipient of the National Science Education Leadership Association’s Outstanding Leadership in Science Education Award.

College of Natural Science’s Education Outreach Center

The CNS EOC serves both CSU and K-12 students and faculty through a wide variety of programs. The programs are aimed toward increasing the quality, quantity and diversity of students in the STEM disciplines.
