The Human Performance/Clinical Research Lab in the Department of Health and Exercise Science is looking for volunteers to participate in a variety of new and continuing research studies.
Participation may involve supervised exercise training, measurement of body composition (DEXA) and maximal aerobic capacity (VO2max), assessment of blood sugar and diabetes risk, and a physician supervised stress test.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people who are not currently regular exercisers and would like to increase their fitness. Research participants must not use tobacco or recreational drugs. Financial compensation is available for study participation.
For more information, contact the lab via e-mail or phone at (970) 491-3495.
All studies have been approved by the CSU Institutional Review Board.
