Human Resources offers FITlife, financial and health wellness event

Human Resources is excited to host an inaugural FITlife event, which is designed specifically for Colorado State University employees.

apple and piggy bankThe program enhances health and wellness opportunities and provides educational resources to achieve your financial goals now and in retirement.

Presentations by CSU benefit plan partners will focus on health, wellness and retirement programs. Most sessions during the four-day event are open to all CSU faculty and staff and there is no cost to participate.

The program is open to faculty, administrative professionals, post docs, veterinary interns, clinical psychology interns and classifed staff.

Session details

A brochure listing the scheduled sessions, times and locations is available on the Human Resources website at http://hrs.colostate.edu/benefits/FITlife.html. Presentations begin Tuesday, April 15 and conclude Friday, April 18. One-hour sessions include:

  • Debt Management and Budgeting
  • Fidelity Women to Women Workshop (Women only)

  • Healthy Lifestyles: Wellness Program (for faculty and administrative professionals enrolled in an Anthem plan)
  • Healthy Numbers: Healthcare in Retirement
  • Planning for Financial Security
  • Your Retirement Plan at Work
  • CafeWell: Wellness Program (for state classifed employees only)
  • PERA - Q & A (For PERA covered members)
  • DCP and 403(b) vendors monthly individual counseling (Fidelity, TIAA-CREF, VALIC) (for faculty and administrative professionals)

Online registration is recommended due to limited seating in sessions.
