Campaign for Colorado State

CSU's Colorado Combined Campaign needs your help

December 17, 2010

Colorado State University's Combined Campaign only has a few days left to reach its goal. Please join other CSU employees in supporting our community's charities which are presently struggling to meet the demands of those in need. Whatever you can give will be deeply appreciated.

Hoping for a total of 500 donors

Colorado State University’s 2010 Colorado Combined Campaign will be coming to a close on December 31, 2010. For 2009, CSU had close to 400 donors who participated in the campaign. This year, the goal is to increase participation at CSU to 500 donors.

Campaign struggling to meet goal

At this point, the campaign is far short of that goal –in fact $70,000 has been donated to date – about 45 percent of this year’s goal. Last year, CSU’s donations to the Colorado Combined Campaign totaled close to $150,000.

Any gift/any amount will help

CSU campaign organizers would like to ask that you give what you can. Due to the economy, charities are struggling to meet the demands of people in need. This year, your contribution means more than ever as we all strive to help the less fortunate. Please be aware that with only two weeks remaining, donations are desperately needed. Please consider participating, every little bit helps.

You may donate online

This year, CSU’s campaign has gone totally green with a paperless campaign. Make your pledge or one-time gift online.

• Select “Pledge Now”
• Create your own username and password
• Select “Register”

To choose your charity, go to http://www.colorado.gov/ccc and select “For Donors” to view the 2010 Colorado Combined Campaign Charity Listings.

The online process makes it easy to contribute through payroll deduction or credit card payment. The online system will only be available until January 5, 2011.

You may print out a pledge form

If you would prefer to mail your pledge or one-time check or cash contribution, please print out the 2010 Pledge Form. Please send your completed form along with your donation to Colorado Combined Campaign, 6001 Campus Delivery.

Don’t forget that all cash or credit card contributions made to the Colorado Combined Campaign before December 31 are tax deductable for 2010.

The difference we can make together

Please think about the difference we can make together in leading the way toward a healthier community – please think about donating today to CSU’s Colorado Combined Campaign and “Support the Fort!”
