The College of Business at CSU will offer "Coaching for Performance and Change" from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday, March 11, at the Denver Executive MBA classroom, 410 17th St., Suit440.

He also will present a change-management model, work with participants to outline applications and follow up with them regarding application of processes within their organizations.

White, an expert in leadership and change, has designed and conducted training and development programs for more than 10,000 managers and executives worldwide. He holds the rank of University Professor of Management in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.

“This course will provide managers with practical skills to implement change in their organizations,” said Jim Francis, professor and director of the Center for Professional Development and Business Research at CSU’s College of Business.

Price for the course is $500; $450 for CSU alumni. Discounts also are available for multiple attendees from the same organization.

The course can be taken as a stand-alone class or as part of a certificate program. Certificates offered in Denver include Organization Leadership, Conflict Management and Negotiation, and Innovative Marketing, which begins April 8.
