Make holiday magic in your kitchen with delightful recipes for all ages and all taste buds. Join us in making traditional foods in a more healthful way -- and your loved ones won't even know the difference.

With our culinary director and registered dietitians, learn new twists on old favorites to create (and eat!) healthful versions of festive, traditional foods.


We will prepare and eat:

  • breaded pork chops with cranberry chutney
  • mashed yukon gold and sweet potatoes
  • updated green bean casserole
  • pecan and chocolate tartlets

This class is for all cooking levels, and your participation is optional. Our chefs and registered dietitian can answer your cooking AND nutrition questions!

Evening class

This evening class is especially for all of you who cannot attend our noontime offerings. Cost includes education materials and dinner. Open to the public.
