Fall break Nov. 20-28

Fall break begins Saturday, Nov. 20 and continues through Sunday, Nov. 28. University offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 25 and Friday, Nov. 26 for the holiday.

For those of us who aren't leaving Fort Collins for fall break, here are a few diversions: 

  • Winter Farmers' Market, Saturday, Nov. 20, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Opera Galleria, 123 North College (live music, activities and good cheer)
  • Santa arrives by horse-drawn carriage, Saturday, Nov. 20, Noon
  • Old Town ice rink opens, Saturday, Nov. 20, 3-9 p.m. 
  • CSU's Antarctic Lecture Series, Wednesday, Nov. 24, 7 p.m.,  Main Library
  • Fine and Funky Art Show, Friday, Nov. 26, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., the Opera Galleria, 123 N. College

Upcoming important dates

  • Dec. 10: Last day of Fall semester classes
  • Dec. 13-17: Final exams
  • Dec. 17-18: Commencement ceremonies
  • Dec. 22: Fall grades available on RAMweb
  • Dec. 22-24: University holidays (offices closed)
  • Dec. 31: University holiday (offices closed)
  • Jan. 18: Spring classes begin
  • March 14-18: Spring break
