This year's luau will feature a variety of dance performances such as the Hula, Tahitian and Samoan dances. Traditional dishes such a kalua pig, lomi lomi salmon, chicken long rice and poi will be served, and authentic Hawaiian food and gift items will be available for sale.
Colorado State University's Hui 'O Hawai'i Club is proud to present its annual lu'au, on Sunday, May 3 in the Lory Student Center Main Ballroom.
This year's theme, "He Inoa no na Ali'i" or "Honoring our Royalty" pays tribute to the Hawaiian Monarch and folks within the Colorado State University community who have actively supported the Hui 'O Hawai'i over the years.
Tickets will be available at the Campus Box Office and at the door on the day of the event at the rates of $17 for students and $20 for non-students.
