Learn avalanche awareness

Avalanches in Northern Colorado are a real danger. In this presentation, you can learn the fundamentals of avalanche awareness and safety, how to get advanced Level 1 training, and watch a slide presentation about local avalanche-prone areas on Cameron Pass.

This event is presented by Avalanche Level 2 qualified staff from the Outdoor Adventure Program in Campus Recreation and is free to the CSU and Fort Collins community.

  • Where: Horsetooth Lounge in the Student Rec Center
