Employee benefits Open Enrollment period ends Friday, Nov. 18

To academic faculty, administrative professionals and other eligible non-classified staff.

Have you accessed the Online Enrollment System to complete and/or review your enrollment elections and life insurance beneficiary designations for calendar year 2012?

Open enrollment commenced on Tuesday, Nov. 1, and closes this Friday, Nov. 18. 

Prior to finalizing your open enrollment elections, you are strongly encouraged to carefully review the Cost Share Open Enrollment Newsletter for important information about the open enrollment process and benefit plan highlights and changes. 

Additional benefit plan information including the CSU Benefits Plan (Cost Share) 2012 Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklet are available on our website We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this annual opportunity to update your benefits coverage, enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (enrollment required each year) and designate beneficiaries for life insurance. 

Enrollment changes must be processed through the Online Benefits Enrollment System by Friday, Nov. 18, at 11:59 p.m. MST.

Online Enrollment assistance

The Benefits Office will provide enrollment assistance to you. The final enrollment help session is in Clark Building, Room C143, on Wed., Nov 16, from 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Drop in service is also available from the Benefits Office in Human Resources located at 555 S. Howes St., Second Floor, Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
