Academic Instruction Building

The new Academic Instruction Building located just south of the Clark C-Wing will be four stories consisting of:

  • 3 classrooms
  • 4 seminar rooms
  • A 400 seat lecture hall/theater
  • Wi-Fi cafe
  • Study areas

The building should be completed July 2010.

Lake Street Parking Garage

The new Lake Street Parking Garage will bring approximately 900 parking spaces to campus. Located on the south end of campus, this four-tiered structure will allow for retail space on the bottom level. This project is expected to complete Fall 2010.

Recreation Center Expansion

This project will expand the locker rooms and reconfigure some of the existing space while adding:

  • New rock climbing space
  • New multi-activity court
  • Large meeting room
  • Lobby
  • Juice bar

The plan also includes a curved glass wall that provides views from the new fitness center looking towards the mountains. The completion date is set for November 2010.
