Aspen Grille ends semester with a bang!

The Aspen Grille is a student-run restaurant located in the University Club on the upper level of the Lory Student Center. In an end-of-the-semester celebration, chefs are preparing special, three-course meals.

On Tuesday, May 7, our student sous chef, John Porter, will be serving a three- course meal to complete his training and development.

And on Friday, May 10, we'll close out our semester featuring a three-course meal created by our outstanding resident chef instructor, Garrett Overlee.

Three-course meals and beverage

Both special three-course menus will include a non-alcoholic beverage and will be $12.00 plus a 15% service charge and tax. Our regular menu will not be served on these days. However, we will provide a vegetarian option.

*The Aspen Grille is open to the public for lunch, Tuesday through Friday during the academic year.
